Fire Safety Certificate
A Fire Safety Certificate confirms that your property has adequate smoke and heat alarms installed and that they are functioning correctly. Since October 2022, the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (Amendment) Regulations require landlords to ensure working smoke alarms on every storey and carbon monoxide alarms in rooms with fixed combustion appliances.
