1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Safety Cert London website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Safety Cert London provides property safety inspection and certification services, including but not limited to EICR, Gas Safety Certificates, Fire Risk Assessments, EPC, PAT Testing, and related services. All inspections are carried out by qualified, accredited engineers.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online payment system (powered by Stripe).
• Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Additional surcharges may apply for properties in congestion zones or without on-site parking.

4. Appointment Confirmation

After you submit a booking, our sales team will call you within 5-10 minutes during business hours to confirm the actual date and time of your inspection. The date and time slot selected during booking is a preference and is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

6. Access to Property

It is your responsibility to ensure that our engineer can access the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be provided, this will be treated as a no-show, and the full booking fee may be retained.

7. Certificates & Reports

Safety certificates and inspection reports are issued based on the findings at the time of inspection. If a property fails an inspection, we will outline the remedial work required. Additional charges may apply for any remedial work carried out.

8. Liability

Safety Cert London carries appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked. We are not liable for pre-existing defects or conditions not visible during a standard inspection.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Safety Cert London and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
